My name is Ra’Mya Austin! My fitness journey started after I got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I’ve been on a fitness journey for almost 4 years now.
In high school I weighed 220lbs and I have lost 50+ pounds.
I am a former gymnast/cheerleader. Over the course of 4 years I fell in love with fitness. I developed the passion to share my knowledge with others. My goal is to build and encourage a community of strong minded individuals.
Online Training

(Per 4 weeks)
Workout plans that are tailored around you! I will work with you by providing 4 weeks of workouts to help reach your goals. Theses workouts will be sent out every two weeks. You will have exercises that will also have videos with instruction so you are able to perform each exercise correctly.
You will get 4 weeks worth of tasty meals sent out weekly.
Google Meets coaching sessions 2 to 4 times out of the week, if necessary.
Have 24/7 access to your fitness app.
One single training
$25
This workout will be designed around your fitness goals. The workout will take place in a local gym (Valdosta area). I will be encouraging you every step of the workout. This is a set price for one single workout.
You will be able to see the workout we hit on the app & have 24/7 access to the app.
